Text6/06/12 Ryan from Base10 has attended the store area and has reset the PIR sensor in question. It was actually the Ground Floor not the basement. It is now working fine but Ryan will order a replacement PIR for it as base10 have had this problem on the PIR in the basement and base10 had to replace it as it re-occured regularly. As soon as Ryan gets the replacement PIR he will get it installed.
