DescriptionThere was a problem with the alarms in CARM 2 last night (Wednesday 5th of June 2012). Nathan could not arm CARM 2 from the panel. He did so from the computer in reception, but there was a false alarm, and Latrobe security had to come out. The fault was registered at CARM 2 B1 West.

6/06/12 Ryan from Base10 has attended the store area and has reset the PIR sensor in question. It was actually the Ground Floor not the basement. It is now working fine but Ryan will order a replacement PIR for it as base10 have had this problem on the PIR in the basement and base10 had to replace it as it re-occured regularly. As soon as Ryan gets the replacement PIR he will get it installed.
