| 11/11/2012 - Still no contact so called Peter Tomlinson direct. He will get someone onto this today. |

| 12/10 Had to chase again and have now been advised that Ryan Eddy will be here on Monday to fix the system. An upgrade took place and we were once again not included on their list to attend to! NOT HAPPY!!! |
