Text	20.11.2013 4.20pm SSB - Holly showed Alex the lift. He was confused as it appeared that All Lifts looked after the lift. I told him that it had recently been taken over and Otis looked after both now. He said the phone line still goes through to All Lifts. He also need the Otis paperwork. He said he will be back tomorrow (could not give me a time). The lift is working and the Emergency line is working.
