Text	15/4 Greg from Property Maintenance was here 9/4 working on the roof leak. He did a temporary fix using ferropre, however, this did not work and water is leaking again. The wheelie bins need to stay to collect dripping water. As soon as weather permits Greg will be out here again to carry out permanent fix to roof leak. Once the roof leak is fixed, we will need to organise fixing of the ceiling tiles ourselves as this is not within Gregs’s scope.
