20.11.2013 4.20pm SSB - Holly showed Alex the lift. He was confused as it appeared that All Lifts looked after the lift. I told him that it had recently been taken over and Otis looked after both now. He said the phone line still goes through to All Lifts. He also need the Otis paperwork. He said he will be back tomorrow (could not give me a time). The lift is working and the Emergency line is working.
22.11.2013 SSB - Alex here today. Alex advised OTIS will be back next week to fix the phone lines.
